The Forgotten Forge: Part One
Scene 1 The adventurers are attacked by a warforged after they stumble upon the living construct committing murder on a Sharn skybridge.
Unable to reason with the warforged the team makes short work of her just before the City Watch arrives. After explaining the situation to the dwarf in charge, Sergeant Dolom, the characters are permitted to leave.
Having put the Sergeant on “friendly” terms the group receives 2gp each and Dolom’s suggests they seek him out in the future, should they need his assistance.
Scene 2 The adventurers are given a message to meet with Lady d’Vown of House Cannith. She explains the man murdered by the warforged was Bonal Geldem a Professor at Morgrave University in Sharn.
Geldem was to mount an expedition into lower Sharn to locate an ancient Cannith foundry and hopefully a precious Cannith heirloom (a piece of a larger schema pattern used by artificers of old.)
The adventurers agree to take up Geldam's expedition for one thousand gold (400 up front and 600 once complete.) Lady Elaydren directs the players to use an ancient House Cannith journal as a map and seek out the hobgoblin, Urch Thorn Drake, as a guide.
Scene 3 After locating the hobgoblin scrapper in the junk yards of lower Sharn the adventurers agree to pay him 100 silver (50 up front and 50 after.)
Making their way into the depths of ancient Sharn the team is ambushed by another warforged and two shifters. The team makes short work of the attackers, but their suspicions are confirmed. Others are trying to get their hands on the journal they carry and perhaps the schema they seek. Could Lady d’Vown be correct that these are servants of the fabled Lord of Blades?
To be continued…

To be continued… The Forgotten Forge: Part TwoScene 4:The adventurers are lead by their hobgoblin guide to a large hatch marked with the ancient House Cannith seal. Using the journal as a ‘key’ they open the hatch and enter the darkness below. A well-worn tunnel leads down into the depths below Sharn and eventually opens into a large chamber. Could this be the ancient Cannith compound? As they explore the group is forced into skirmishes with the chamber’s current residents; fist-sized beetles and horrid rats! They find sanctuary within the ruined walls of a temple to Onatar, the god of artifice and the forge. Inside the temple they also find a large flagon [1] with magical contents. Once rested the adventurers investigate the only intact building in the large chamber. After gaining entrance through the collapsed roof they battle two construct war-dogs. Also, they find the Cannith Foundry of old, the Forgotten Forge! After locating the hidden seven star schema from within the forge, the adventurers pack up the any valuables left behind by the Cannith crafters. [2] While leaving the chamber the adventurers are ambushed by another warforged. He calls himself Saber and boasts his fealty to the Lord of Blades. After a challenging battle the group bests the warforged swordsman. [3] On their way out of the sewers they pass the bloody corpse of their hobgoblin guide, it appears as though Saber also used him as a guide before cutting him down. Scene 5:Back at the Broken Anvil Inn Lady Elaydren gratefully accepts the star schema and journal from the adventurers. She is concerned and somewhat frightful to hear more warforged attacked the party in search of the journal. Eager to be on her way with her valued items Elaydren pays the party [4] and leaves with these parting words, “You have my thanks and the favor of my house. Periodically, check in with the House Sivis message station at Marmin Tower. I may leave a message for you if more work becomes available.” Treasure![1] cure light wounds x3 ( 1 dose remains after Briar used two.) I would like the remaining dose of cure light wounds to replace the potion I gave to Briar, and I could feed the potion of mage armor to Rikr'ak in a pinch since he doesn't have armor/barding, but there isn't anything else that Dee'noh can really use or needs. It looks like between the old coins (220 gp), ignots (200 gp), and rest of the reward (600 gp), that we get a total of 1,020 gp...which split 4 ways comes out to 255 gp each. Also, for the weapons and armor that we don't want to keep, can we just say that we sell it for half price in Sharn, or do we have to make a roll or something? And isn't the Lord of Blades living in the Mournland? I wonder if that is part of the reason he wanted to find this Forgotten Forge. Maybe other stuff from this forge is at a location on the old map?

It looks like this is the equipment we will sell: 50gp (1 suite of scale mail) 250gp (1 small masterwork chain shirt) 9gp (1 small light steel shield) 40gp (2 small heavy steel shields) 12gp (1 heavy mace) 15gp (1 long sword) 312gp (1 masterwork heavy mace) 320gp = 1 masterwork rapier (taken by Tubes) TOTAL = 1,008gp / sell for half = 504gp / 4 PCs = 126gp each
Combined with the 255gp each from gold and payment, that gives each PC 381gp.
These are the items that have been claimed so far: cure light wounds x3 (1 dose remains after Briar used two, taken by Dee'noh) Longsword (magic) (taken by Tubes, not yet identified) 1 potion of mage armor (taken by Dee'noh) 3 potions of cure moderate wounds (taken by Briar) 1 sunrod (taken by Dee'noh) an old map: “The old map shows cryptic symbols spread throughout what appears to be an ancient depiction of the territory now divided between the Mournland and Darguun.” (taken by Tubes)

Shadows of the Last War: Part One
Scene 1 While checking for messages at the Barmin Tower message station the adventurers discover that some nasty kobolds led (by a cloaked figure) had already been there, and taken the team’s message from Lady Elaydren! Fortunately, a gargoyle messenger was able to get a second message to the team.
***
Following the message’s instructions the adventurers head for the Broken Anvil Inn to meet Lady Elaydren regarding a “grave matter of importance.” Clearly distraught, Elaydren hands the team a backpack and explains everything they will need is within it. She introduces her body guard, June d’Vown, and adds that he will be joining them on their journey. Before the adventurers are able to ask any questions a crossbow wielding warforged bursts into the tavern and opens fire upon Lady Elaydren. A crew of kobold thugs aid the warforged, but the adventurers and Elaydren’s bodyguard are able to slay fend them off.
Lady Elaydren thanks them and disappears into the night.
Scene 2 The team books passage aboard the Lyrandar merchant galleon, Seeker. Lady Elaydren’s letter sends them East to the goblin nation of Darguun, and more specifically the capital city Rhukaan Draal. Their goal is to find a human named Failin and use him to find the city of Rose Quarry, which will hopefully lead them to Whitehearth (the secret Cannith Facility.)
While still aboard Seeker the adventurers are attacked by several skeletal warriors who board the ship from every side. The team’s bravery and skill fends off the undead menace and saves the life of the half-elf captain and his crew. In thanks, the captain writes each hero a Letter of Commendation from House Lyrandar.
The scene ends on the fourth day of travel as the galleon pulls into the port of Rhukaan Draal.
What awaits our heroes in the goblin city…?

Below are the items that I think we found in the lab but no one wants to keep. Am I missing anything or incorrect?
Adventure #2 Treasure Mw Short sword (310 gp) Mw Longsword (315 gp) Mw Greatsword (350 gp) Heavy Steel Shield (20 gp)
Their total value adds up to 995 gp, so we could sell it all for half to get 497.5 gp, and that could be split four ways to get 124 gp, 3 sp, 7.5 cp each. Or...
...was there interest in getting a wand of cure light wounds? At least among the humanoids? If we deduct Tubes' share, that still leaves 373 gp, 1 sp, 2.5 cp in the pot...which could be used for a 1st-level wand that has about 25 charges. I figure Tubes could probably find a wand with a nice even amount of half charges by using Gather Info across 2 weeks, but if not, Dee'noh may be able to pull some strings with the healing house cos his new feat will let him collect favors.
Oh, there was also the darkweave cloak. The book says this adds +1 to Hide checks and costs +100 gp than a normal version of that item. So, is it just 100 gp for a regular darkweave cloak? And does anyone want it?

Is there anyone suited to the cloak?
