Since the horse skeletons are going to be destroyed, the time doesn't matter for them.
However I still need to know what time the Command Undead feat was used on the ghoul last time (between 7am - noon). It is assumed that he fails his saves during Time Off, but he will get another save during the side quest. Also, the command undead spell was not recast on the ghoul during the last mission.
All undead already under the command undead spell receive an automatic refresh as soon as it expires during Time Off. During this Time Off, it was only the zombie crab.
