I just read Wednesday Comics, and felt the need to share. There's been a lot of hype surrounding it, but comic book hype still tends to translate into obscurity for most people. Anyway, it's a series of stories printed on 14"x20" newspaper, each one focusing on a different DC property and done by a different creative team, and it's utterly gorgeous. It's also four bucks, but it takes longer to read than most comics, and very rarely have comics thrilled me as much as this. (And I'm a guy that gets quite thrilled by his comics.) I can't seem to get the hypertext working, so you can just click that if you want more info. www.dccomics.com/dcu/comics/?cm=12047Go find a comic shop and buy it.

Shit, I was just at Bridge City a few minutes ago and didn't see anything I was interested in.

I'll bring it over on Wednesday so you can check it out. I should have the second issue by then, too, provided I get to my comics shop early.
