I don't have a preference for the roleplaying scene, so Stone Crow works.

I accidentally clicked to the first page of this thread, and I realized that we started this game exactly one year ago tomorrow. Way to go everyone for keeping this game running for a full year! Woot!

I will not be ready to run Den of Heroes Tuesday June 15th. Reefwood is not available the 22nd but could play some other day that week. Are there other days that week that work (or don't work) for you? I could do the 23rd, 24th, or 25th.
Also, since we are not playing Den of Heroes the 15th is there anything else we want to play?

I can't do the 23rd, but the 24th or 25th works for me.
I'd be up for something else on the 15th. We could play a game, or go to geek trivia if it's happening.

If we don't play Den of Heroes on Tuesday, I may take this week off gaming...but if you do go to trivia, I might swing by for a bit. And yeah, this is the week that it happens.

I believe we are on for June 29th.
Please, make sure you have your character's (and cohorts and companions) weight figured out. also, carrying load figured out before tuesday. this will be something i need to know before the game starts.

reefwood and Michael, By now you both should have gotten an e-mail from icnivad saying that he is dropping from the gaming scene for a while. With his schedule I totally understand and look forward to playing with him again in the future. In the meantime; I mentioned last session that this game was winding down and would only last a few more sessions. With one of three players leaving early I am considering calling the game here. We could plug along and push through to a conclusion, but doing so just for conclusion sake seems a little pointless to me. In the many years I have played long term games I have never had one tie up into a neatly completed saga. I think it is just in the nature of these games to run their course until they just dont run any more... And I think a little over a year is one hell of a run for a game. So with that in mind how do you two feel about calling this game? Your characters will live on in our hearts and minds. The world will also continue and when I run another DnD game it could likely take place somewhere in this world. (Also, if it helps your decision making I still feel into running some sort of game but look forward to something new. A Shadowrun 4e game is somewhere down the pipeline and you would all be invited to join in that.)

I was looking forward to wrapping up this campaign with the quashing of the hags, or at least going as far as possible with that aim until we died, but it does seem more difficult with losing a player, plus 2 NPCs in addition to his PC, and if the DM is ready to move on, then it seems best to do so.
Of course, I am still up for other gaming and will keep War Stories going as long as interest remains.

My sentiments are the same as reefwood's. I'd certainly like to finish off the hags, but with 2 people and a disinterested DM, it isn't terribly feasible.
